Baptism Interest Form

Baptism is the outward act that symbolizes the inward decision of accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The purpose of baptism is to give a visual testimony to commitment to Christ. It is the first step of following Jesus.

Fill out this form if you would like to be baptized at Grace Community Fellowship. A pastor will follow-up to talk about next steps.
